TASKS:

<li>To check all loads, both outgoing and incoming, according to company policies. Any discrepancies must be resolved and reported to the attention of the Warehouse Coordinator.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To record the outgoing loads in SAP.</li>
<li>To ensure that appropriate vehicles are used for the specific load i.e. If a vehicle can only be loaded with one pallet and load is of two pallets, the attention of the Coordinator must be drawn so to coordinate with Dispatching and agreed on the type of vehicle that must be used.</li>
<li>To ensure that all goods returned to the warehouse are in a sellable/useable order (i.e. all separators and pallets must be in good order for reuse; broken items must not be accepted back. For finished products the returns must be of the same dates as in the warehouse, otherwise they must be authorized by the QA Manager prior to return). All the packets must be complete.</li>
<li>To participate in Monthly stock takes with the Accounts Department.</li>
<li>To ensure that all required information is recorded on the relevant forms according to Company policies.</li>
<li>To ensure that proper traffic management plan is implemented in the yard and in the warehouse at all times.</li>
<li>To ensure that loading bays are kept clean at all times and waste is separated.&nbsp;</li>

Warehouse Checker

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Officer. The Commercial Officer will be responsible to:
Tasks:
<ul>
<li>Provide support for all stakeholders within the Finance Department as well as with other departments within the Company when applicable.</li>

Truck Loading
1. To ensure that Buffer Area and Kitting Area are replenished continuously and kept in an&nbsp;
orderly way to facilitate truck loading and kitting of loads respectively. This practice needs to&nbsp;
be done during and before handing over shift.
2. To ensure that all kitted and loaded goods are scanned and the quantity and description on&nbsp;
the labels attached to the pallets are the same as the ones on the load sheet during loading.
3. To ensure that the Check-Out process is completed, that is Load Sheet is filled in and signed&nbsp;
by Checker accurately prior to exiting of each truck, Check Out process completed in SAP.&nbsp;

Maintenance Engineer

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the Company sales in key accounts in order to meet NSR, profit and volume goals specified by the Company’s strategic business plans as communicated by the National Sales Manager.
TASKS:
Key Account Management / Wholesalers
<ul>
<li>Responsible for achieving targeted NSR, volume and NSR/UC of designated customers, including managing credit, sales orders, deliveries, commercial deals/ contracts, damaged or expired products, total product age management, marketing and promotional opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for managing, with supervision of the National Sales Manager, negotiations and contracts (in line with commercial policy and approved budgets) with designated customers, to ensure implementation and execution of targeted MSL and PICOS (merchandising) standards as per brand guidelines and commercial annual plan to achieve set NSR, volume and NSR/UC targets.</li>
<li>Responsible for regularly tracking performance and implementation of contracted counter performances and action in case of any deviations vs agreed and contracted services with notification to National Sales Manager.</li>
<li>Responsible for regularly conducting performance analyses and reviews with the customers (min on quarterly level) to ensure professional communication, alignment to the set plan and identification of any further opportunities with customers.</li>
<li>Responsible for negotiating and implementing, with the support of the activation team, all planned activities as per brands and customer activity calendar and brand business plans.</li>
<li>Responsible to monitor in store performance and execution of competitive products.</li>
<li>Responsible for preparing annual Customer Business Plan for designated customers, based on strategies shared by the Commercial Excellence Manager and Marketing department, updating the plan on a regular basis (min quarterly) and sharing internally as required.</li>

Skills &amp; Competencies

<li>Previous experience in sales management is required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the FMCG sector is desirable and preferred.</li>
