At The General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd, we are currently looking for a reliable and professional Technical Process Leader (TPL) to join our Plant & Supply Chain Department. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production plant with respect to raw materials yields, production efficiencies, safety, employee management & product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production operations during the shift, ensuring production targets, budgets, and business plan requirements are achieved.
• Develop, train, and support team members while communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve team goals.
• Support engineering changes, product changes, production trials, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation programs according to TCCC and company specifications.
• Oversee accurate production reporting, performance analysis, and monitoring of downtime, output, efficiency, and raw material yields.
• Ensure timely raw material ordering, returns, and ERP transactions, including backflushing.
• Review production data and continuously monitor operations to maximize efficiency, product quality, and effective use of labour and raw materials.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Technical Diploma, or Equivalent. 
• Electrical License A and B, or willingness to achieve them within 2 years.
• Computer literacy skills. 
• Good leadership skills. 
• Problem Solving Abilities. 
• Ability to Work and Make Decisions Under Pressure. 
• Time Management Skills. 

Experience:

• Previous production experience will be considered an asset.
