General Soft Drinks Co Ltd is looking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will be accountable for consumer and market trends-driven opportunity identification and development of marketing strategies and programs to drive profitable volume growth for the allocated brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategy and key initiatives to ensure profitable growth of volume and revenue.
- Deliver, together with Senior Brand/Marketing Manager and sales, brand annual and monthly targeted volumes, NSR, gross margin and NC for assigned brands.
- Plan and execute of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
- Create and manage the annual activity calendar to establish and maintain product branding and achieve targeted volume, revenue and margin growth.
- Propose budget (DME) and investments and to manage the budget for advertising, activities, and promotional items in line with company and principal’s procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and business performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand results.
- Ensure excellent brand execution in the market through pricing, activations, merchandising standards, and close collaboration with the sales team.
- Develop PICOS standards, sales guidelines, training materials, and POSM recommendations to drive consistent brand visibility and execution.
- Prepare and deliver accurate reports, while monitoring brand performance and execution against agreed objectives and targets.
- Share responsibility with other team members to exchange best practices and support development and implementation of processes and projects for the benefit of the brand, department, and the company.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behaviour, market trends, and channel dynamics.
- Solid analytical, financial, and budget management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital/social media tools.
- Proactive, business-oriented and creative mindset.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience
- Have 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
