SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES:
•	Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Studies or an equivalent.
•	Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Management position.
•	Has the ability to drive the team deliver projects within the stipulated timelines and with quality.
•	Must have strong communication.
•	Must have strong problem-solving skills.
•	Ambitious, good attitude, willing to learn and promote teamwork spirit.
•	Experience in IT Networking &amp; IT Security methodologies.&nbsp;
•	Experience in Data Centre Infrastructure such as Servers, Storage, Clustering and Network Appliances.
•	Experience in Data Centre Applications such as VMware, Veeam, VPN, 3CX PABX Systems, and other relevant services
•	Experience in ITIL Processes &amp; IT Operations best practices.
•	Sound Experience in Microsoft platforms and products such as Microsoft Office 365 &amp; Advanced Threat Protection.
•	Experienced working in multi-site organisations environment.
•	Must be willing to be on-call and travel to off-sites.
