At The General Soft Drinks Co. Ltd, we are currently looking for a reliable and professional Warehouse Cleaner to join our Plant & Supply Chain – Warehouse Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that company facilities, equipment, and working areas are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and safe condition, in line with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the warehouse and ancillary areas are cleaned according to the cleaning schedule as prepared by the Warehouse Manager, including sweeping of floors, cleaning of walls and windows, disposal of trash, cleaning of toilets and offices, including furniture and other equipment.
• Ensure that cleaning records are filled in as required and on time.
• Attend to ad-hoc cleaning requirements as necessary.
• Ensure that doors are locked, windows closed, ACs and lights turned off once cleaning is completed in unattended areas.
• Report any damages or need for maintenance in any of the assigned areas, highlighting hazardous items.
• Conduct all activities according to Health and Safety procedures, including wearing of PPE, handling of equipment and manual handling practices.
• Support with minor maintenance and repair works as instructed by the Warehouse Coordinator. 

Skills & Competencies:

• School leaving certificate
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and supplies
• Ability to safely operate cleaning machinery
• Proper handling and storage of cleaning materials
• Basic English reading and writing skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
• Ability to manage time effectively and follow instructions
• Professional and respectful attitude

Experience:

• Previous cleaning experience in an office, industrial, commercial, or similar environment will be considered an asset.
