The Social Media Manager will implement the Company's social media, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, cultivate leads and sales, encourage product adoption; ensure consistency in brand voice, cultivating a social media referral network whilst also ensuring that consumer queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. The role involves planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for the social media accounts of GSD business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise social media strategies, including expanding onto new platforms.
- Monitor and drive growth, traffic, and engagement across all brands.
- Create and review organic content and campaigns, setting clear performance targets.
- Analyse data and provide actionable insights; manage platform relationships (e.g. Facebook, Instagram).
- Support editorial and commercial teams across social platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with Malta-based influencers.
- Track and report on social media trends.
- Define and monitor campaign KPIs.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to implement brand-specific social media plans.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
- Knowledge in Graphic Design is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing.
- Strong command of social media and analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and content sheduling platforms.
- Proven experience in executing both organic and paid social media strategies, influencer campaigns, and content performance analysis.
