Reporting directly to our Cold Drinks Senior Executive, the Cold Drinks Assistant Technician will be responsible for assisting in the servicing and repair of Cold Drinks Equipment, according to Company and Coca-Cola regulations, in order to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in servicing, cleaning, and repairing cold drinks equipment, including vending machines, draught pumps, dispensing units, and coffee machines
• Support the Cold Drinks Technician during on-site visits and equipment audits
• Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized, maintained, and functioning to company standards
• Complete daily job cards and maintain accurate documentation of tasks performed
• Deliver and collect equipment as required
• Provide support across departments when needed to enhance operational flexibility

Qualifications & Skills:

• Secondary school level of education
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn hands-on skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar technical or maintenance role is considered an asset
• Experience working with mechanical or electrical equipment is beneficial but not essential
