To perform predictive, routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance on production equipment. To ensure smooth operation of the production facility. Be a key player within the engineering team and give his utmost to the engineering team to reach departmental goals.

TASKS:

• To ensure timely and correct start-up of both Mineral Water Line and Soft Drinks Line.
• Attending breakdowns, identifying fault and problem solving, with minimal downtime to production.
• Diagnose faults by making use of instruction manuals, circuit diagrams and test gear equipment. Carry out maintenance, and repairs to all types of equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
• Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
• Schedule, coordinate Technicians accordingly for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), such as Overtime, etc.
• Identify spare parts requirements by providing part numbers and make sure that the technicians log usage.
• To ensure the proper maintenance of workshop tools and individual tools and the state of cleanliness of his work area as well as the common workshop and its machines.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Electrical License B. 
• Technical Diploma, or Equivalent.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. 
• Minimum of 5 Years experience in manufacturing, or minimum of 10 Years experience in manufacturing with a technical background.
