The Services Coordinator (Equipment) is responsible for managing asset stock, repair logs and documentation and spare part inventory for the Services Department.
Tasks:
- To plan and schedule installation/dismantling together with the Equipment Executive on a weekly basis (PEM, POM, Coffee Machines).
- To ensure that Calls Ticketing System is used by all technicians; calls, installations & workshop respectively, and calls tickets are filled in promptly and correctly by cold drinks technicians in order to have an updated control program at all times.
- To ensure that all installation documents are duly filled and signed by all required parties in the Calls Ticketing System.
- To ensure that job sheets are filled in promptly and correctly by cold drinks technicians to always have an updated control program.
- Responsible for taking calls for 26 weekends during the year (rotating with the Services Coordinator).
- Collection of spare parts from local suppliers (using a company car).
- Issuing or Purchase Orders as required by the Logistics Manager.
Skills & Competencies:
- Driving Licence B
- Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer care / customer-oriented experience (3yrs+)
- Technical experience would be considered as an asset.
