We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Officer. The Commercial Officer will be responsible to:
Tasks:
• Assist in the maintenance and filing of commercial documents.
• Open and maintain client trading accounts in SAP using as source a fully approved Outlet Master Form submitted by the Sales Department.
• Monitor client account details in SAP to ensure that client information is complete and accurate for invoicing and contractual purposes.
• Maintain tracking sheets and facilitate the approval workflow for pending Outlet Discount Adjustment Forms and other commercial documents.
• Update client discounting in accordance with fully approved discount adjustment requests submitted by the Sales Department.
• Monitor discounting in SAP to ensure that on-invoice & off-invoice discounting are in accordance with approved loan agreements and approved outlet adjustment forms.
• Prepare customer price lists in relation to their sales agreement.
• Assist with the verification of client price discrepancy claims.
• Oversee the distribution of sales agreements & Addendums to clients (print / sort, vett & distribute to clients via sales dept for eventual client signature and return).
• Update tracking sheets for all contracts in process in order to monitor their movement from the printing stage to their ultimate return from the client signed.
• Record the collection of signed client contracts received from the sales department in SAP which are sent out for client signature.
• Assist the Assistant Commercial Manager in the performance analysis of client target rebates Agreements at the end of each month.
• Assist with the facilitation of payments due to clients in connection with sales agreements which require payments.
• Assist with the maintenance of pricing master data in relation base prices and vendor price lists.
• Assist the Commercial Manager with the preparation and submission of loan documentation required for the review and approval by the senior management team.
• Assist with the collection of outstanding customer loan balances by analysing repayment performance and identifying loan accounts which are in shortfall/default.
• Prepare client letters to notify them of their loan shortfall/default.
• Schedule client meetings to discuss loan performance and re-payment plans.
• Assist the Commercial Manager with facilitation of hypothec Postponements and Cancellations.
• Type routine correspondence, letters, contract addendums, etc.
