Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top talent. You will play a vital role in shaping our team by attracting and hiring candidates who align with our values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs;
  • Develop and post job advertisements across various platforms;
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks;
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further recruitment stages with hiring managers;
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain recruitment records;
  • Organize and participate in career fairs;
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires;
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role;
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases and LinkedIn;
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques and Maltese employment law;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Have strong time management skills;
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft applications, especially Excel);
  • Have an eye for detail.
