We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and overall business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage and monitor brand budgets and track ROI of marketing campaigns
- Lead the development and execution of creative and innovative marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure brand messaging is consistent and effective
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
